My wife is a member of the Glee Club UK. They sang at the "Switching-on ceremony" of the High Wycombe Christmas Lights. Here is her group in full song mode on stage in the centre of town.

@swilde - I am using a full frame camera - a Canon 5D with a 200mm/F2.8 L lens. I always work on the full manual programme allowing me to choose the best exposure. In this case high ISO was very important to get a quick shutter time and thus freeze the action because the light was low and the stage lights pointing at me. This also allows me to be well focused and steady. The lens is brilliant but in those conditions the focus was manual to stop the camera hunting for a point of focus. So I think the answer you are looking for is - I take control of my camera... I don't let it control my pictures.
@aj1268 - she prefers her anonymity. Which I respect. Nevertheless, she has now appeared in about five photos on 365 - so the mystery is solvable. However, I won't be making it easy for the time being...
Oh, and you are definitely in control of your photos! ;)
