WOW!!! Great statue but, I love the building behind it!!! Is that blue tile on the outside of the building? And, I love how the balconies are staggered! Fantastic shot!
the statue is lovely, but i'm more drawn to the building in the background, damon. more for its structure and shape and of course the colours. but overall, a magnificent shot.
@netkonnexion hi there, yes i do see it as whole composition too, the buildings would be nothing without the strong statue in front. It's just that they seemed an amazing colour and the patterns of the lines and balconies were really strong too, they just so caught my attention. I wasn't meaning to be critical, guess I phrased it badly.

I can't quite get my head round seeing a building frontage of shiny ,deep blue tiles? bricks? in the UK.
