Identify This! No. 60

Todays object shouldn't stop you - what is it? Have fun!
More about "Identify This"... http://365project.org/netkonnexion/number03/2011-05-11

Yestderday you saw...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Yesterdays picture was pretty easy once you all saw the new view eh? Most people worked out that it is some sort of caster wheel. Well done everyone - including Scooter who apparently thought it was a "castor 'where'"... LOL !
Honorable mentions to...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Some comments carried over from yesterday!...

Brandie Moody - A flask to contain your favorite spirits! Net says:-->> I wish!

Howard N - You are not making this easy... I havent seen one of these in quite some time. it is the metal tab at the end of the cylindrical tube which is rivet attached, or not attached, to something else not in the image. Left center could be a finger which is used to accuate this thing, if it in fact can be actuated. Net says:-->> You didn't know did you Howard? Interesting, I think you get the "Caster Rambling Waffle Award!" for the outstanding contribution over the last two days... Yaaaya! LOL...

scooter - It makes me think of a skinny pencil sharpener. Net says:-->> Weird! LOL...

Cassandra - A set of first world war binoculars? Net says:-->> Wow. I did not see that one at all. A real interesting perspective. Where are the lenses? Got me!!! LOL.

Crazy Girl - knob to pandora's box (wait, no don't open it!). Net says:-->> Ooooohh Errr! Too late! LOL.

Alta D© - a crankshaft. Net says:-->> I would be willing to bet you don't work in a car workshop! Anyway, I won't call you to mend my car... LOL>

Sue Wilde - It's your atificial leg; seen from the foot up. Net says:-->> Good effort, but my artificial leg has an artificial foot on the end, not a wheel!!! LOL>...

Howard N - A Caster, Medium duty, swivel type. Could be used on a chair, table, bedframe, dollie, etc. Maybe 1-1/2" -2" diameter, phenolic or hard plastic wheel. I can see it now, but yesterday... no way! Net says:-->> OK redeemed yourself this time!!! LOL.

Nancy Holte - Well sure, now it's easy. It's a thing-a-ma-jiggy. Or a caster wheel. Could go either way. Net says:-->> I liked the thing-a-ma-jiggy, so a "Doohicky Award!" Yaaayayah! LOL.

Thanks for your ideas on this one over the last two days. I hope you had fun too.

I am up and about a bit today. Even been out. So feeling better and not so sore. Improving nicely...

See you tomorrow.
Enjoy!

July 10th, 2011
My first thought was a bowl but then I saw the others said a cap off of a bottle and it does look like something like that so I guess I'll go with a screw cap.
July 10th, 2011
a plastic bottle top which is not actually recyclable. Not a Fosters this time.
July 10th, 2011
It just could possibly be a connector ring thing that screws a garden hose to a tap.
July 10th, 2011
I’m guessing it’s the plastic cap off of a bottle of some horrendous tasting medication.
July 10th, 2011
Ramekin....and I will post a chip clip soon!!! ;)
July 10th, 2011
This is a lot easier than the stem caster... The upper half of the image has an inside thread, the bottom half, the outer surface is knurled for traction. So it is a twist off cap of some sort, though it could also be a 'Whole Foods' salad bowl if it were not threaded and knurled, because it is green and plastic.
July 10th, 2011
Ok after reading the others.....a pop cap......I messed up again.
July 10th, 2011
I will be specific this time and say a Sprite or 7 up pop lid
