My hubby will be pleased to know there's somewhere specially for him when his time comes. Mind you, he's expressed a wish to be scattered on the pitch at Old Trafford. As that's very unlikely to happen, his second choice is to be scattered along Sir Matt Busby Way outside the ground. Not sure if that's legal so I may have to walk along the road dropping his ashes down my trouser leg like they did with the earth they dug up in The Great Escape, lol!

Love your humour here! It’s good to chat about such things! It would be quite an expensive trip for his ashes to fly to England! Better on the Catholic lawn perhaps! That would be my place too but the same applies to me re expense! 🤣🤣
I like walking through old cemeteries. I had a few friends who wanted their ashes scattered. You can scatter it into the sea, but any other place requires many permits. My friend has a tiny urn, the size of a fang, in which she kept some of her husband's ashes and she wears it as a pendant. She scattered the rest of the ashes in the Białowieża Forest.
