Steam Engine Driver

Friday people day again and today I thought I would post a photo taken at Richmond Vale Railway Museum last weekend.

This is one of the engine drivers at Richmond Vale . He is one of the volunteers who took turns in driving the steam train from Richmond Vale to Pelaw Main Colliery during the day.

Yes I did ask his permission to take his photo because I had just been talking to him before he got on the train to drive it to Pelaw Main. There were three drivers that day and he was more than happy to talk about the train with me.
