Graeme Wylie - Notorious by onewing

Graeme Wylie - Notorious

Friday people day again and as I posted a photo the ship Notorious a few days ago, I thought I would today post a photo of the owner and chap who built it, Graeme Wylie.

Here you can see what the inside of the Notorious looks like. It wasn't easy to get photos without people in the shot and also it was very dark down below too.

Graeme spent two years researching the vessel and nine years building it. A true labour of love.

He is in Nelson Bay this weekend. I spotted the ship as we drove by on our way out this morning. I will try and give him a copy Chris, but may have to wait until next time he is down this way.
It took him two years of research and nine years to build Kim.

Great collage, so interesting to see how the inside is. I like how the wood is not all uniform in size and shape and that it has bends and quirks in it, makes it more real in a sense. Amazing to think that this man built it himself.

@stephanies Thanks Stephanie. I see that he is here in Nelson Bay this weekend. We saw the Notorious at D'Albora Marina as we drove past yesterday. We have seen him various times at Shoal Bay but this is the first time I have seen people able to go on board.
