Sydney Little Planet 2 by onewing

Sydney Little Planet 2

This is the second of my Little Planet photos. You can see the Sydney Opera House and Fort Denison in the picture.

The original photo was taken from a cruise ship as we arrived back in Sydney Harbour.
Woooh, feel a bit dizzy! Amazing how you do this Babs.

Wow -- your work is definitely inspiring! Clearly you are controlling what and where the items in the image are placed, which I can't do with an app. Must learn this!

Sue
Amazing. Must have a go!
March 7th, 2017
@yaorenliu the lonely little island has a dark history.
March 7th, 2017
@pcoulson Thanks Peter. The opera house and Fort Denison are such iconic structures aren't they. There was a programme on TV a few nights ago about the fort. Really interesting, but very dark history.

@taffy I hope you give it a go Taffy, some of your images would look fabulous as little planets. They are so easy to do. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0rbTE71PMYE
March 7th, 2017
@s4sayer It is so easy Margo. If you have Photoshop you can do it. Only takes a few minutes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0rbTE71PMYE

March 8th, 2017
Great work Bab, and such fun to study. I'm going to check out the website you've posted. Thanks for sharing.
March 8th, 2017
@888rachel thanks Rachel. I did have to rotate it slightly to get the opera house at the top.
March 8th, 2017
@golftragic Look forward to seeing your little planet photos Marnie. It is good fun. The only thing you need to watch out for is to use pictures where the left and right of any building are at the same height. If they aren't you can cheat and clone in a building because it doesn't show much in the final image.
March 8th, 2017
WOW!
March 8th, 2017
Some of the techniques available now are just amazing, but you have taken it to another level Babs! Catching the Operah House like that, along with the positioning of Fort Denison, and my favorite, the reflections of the buildings extending radially inward is just fantastic. Gotta fav this one!
March 8th, 2017
Fantastic image!
March 8th, 2017
@onewing Thanks Babs, won't be trying this stunt for a while so don't hold your breath. I've just come back from a tour of Little Creatures Brewery with umpteen photos.
March 8th, 2017
