I am very late posting tonight because I have been in Newcastle this evening with some friends. We were to attend an event at Fort Scratchley, but unfortunately, it was cancelled because it was an open air event and today of all days it has rained.
We haven't had rain here for over 2 weeks and even then only 1 mm but today the heavens decided to open. Of course, we will get a refund, but it is still disappointing. Maybe next year the weather will be more favourable.
