Rain has been forecast for this week, but so far only a few drops have happened.
Not much sign of rain in the clouds today at Zenith Beach.
Boondelbah Island that you can see off in the distance is an uninhabited island and is a protected nature reserve mainly for the threatened Gould's petrel birds.
@lyndemc There are no people here because it is winter for one thing and also out of the main tourist area too. We are so lucky here to have so many lovely beaches and quite a lot of them are well hidden. There is nothing better than walking along a deserted beach.
@busylady I think it would be a bit chilly here at the moment to have a swim because it is still winter, but I did see a couple of dolphins after I had taken this photo.
I heard how hot it is in the UK at the moment, hope you are coping.
