Well actually it wasn't today, it was a couple of days ago, Thursday to be precise. We were out with the walking group and walked at Soldiers Point. We started our walk on one side of the point along the beach and then across to the other side of the point and back to our cars before going for lunch at the Bowling Club.
As you can see it was a beautiful day and the weather was just perfect. Not so today though, the sun is shining, but a cold front hit about 8 pm last night and it has been so windy.
At least I managed to get two loads of washing dry in about an hour. Luckily it managed to stay on the line and not blow away.
I have had a bit of a lazy day at home today because I have bouts of diverticulitis occasionally and today it is playing up a bit.
@peadar It was given the name Soldiers Point because it was originally the site of a garrison of soldiers established in 1820 to hunt down escaped convicts.
Lovely collage of beautiful shots. Hope you are feeling better already. I too would love living at Muckross House but only if surrounded by lots of servants.
Hi Babs - somehow I seem to lose track of people here from a few years ago without quite knowing how/why. Thanks for connecting again and I'm doing the same and look forward to seeing your project again. This collage is totally fabulous, so much to see!
As you can imagine, when I go out with our walking group I am always at the back of the group because I am usually the only person stopping to take photos. I always catch them up though. We are lucky to have so many beautiful places to walk here.

(There where, on the other entrances.)
