Storm Brewing

Today has been a very stressful day. David had an appointment at the hospital in Newcastle. Parking at the hospital was horrendous but we finally got a park 15 minutes before his appointment. The bad news is we have to do it all again tomorrow, Ugh!

On the way home the clouds got blacker and blacker and I stopped at the foreshore close to home to get this picture. We got home about 30 seconds before the thunder, rain and hail hit.

I think I am going to have a quiet night and even though we gave the trip to Newcastle plenty of time today (or so we thought) we will be setting off much earlier tomorrow and if we are early for his appointment we can at least have a cuppa in the cafeteria at the hospital.

Sorry I am a bit absent at the moment, but a lot going on here right now. Hopefully I should have a quiet weekend.
