Fort Denison - Sydney

Thanks to everyone who put my solarized photo of Sydney on the Trending Page yesterday. Sorry I haven't got time at the moment to comment on 365, but we are pretty busy with our daughter and grandchildren here. Having a lovely time.

Still on the Sydney theme of evening and night photos, today's posting has Fort Denison in the foreground of the picture.

Fort Denison is a former penal site and defensive facility occupying a small island located north-east of the Royal Botanic Gardens and about one kilometre east of the Opera House in Sydney Harbour, The island is also known as Pinchgut Island.

Thanks so much. I am writing this while the rest of the family are having showers and getting dressed before we go to Birubi to see the camels, whales and dolphins and of course, trek on the dunes. I will be worn out by tonight, ha ha.
Deb sends her love Jane and I will email you some photos of them when they have gone home. That is if I can get a decent photo of the boys, they don't stand still for very long.
