Flora - Can someone tell me what this flower is.

I am in rather a rush again today. Today's flora picture has such lovely colours, but I have no idea what the plant is. Perhaps somebody can help me out.

I just loved the fanlike leaves.

May be an ornamental Kale though not sure, nice detail in the frilly tips of the leaves.:)

My first thought was kale, too, but it's so unlike our kale. Ours is more cabbage or lettuce-head shaped, the plant as a whole. But that mix of purple (beautiful capture!) and green, and that texture, certainly reminds me of kale. Fabulous composition!

@chimfa We have just put up our photos at Tanilba House this afternoon and those are flora and fauna. I have got 3 photos in that exhibition. It was so hot there today putting up the photos. I think I am having a quiet night tonight. The next couple of days are busy again and then we can relax for a week.
