On the slope

Had my first film roll (Kodak Tri-X) developed. Photo's are shot with the Olympus OM20 in the first two weeks of February this year.
Heb je deze met analoog film geschoten? ergmooi in ieder geval.

You nailed the focus this time... maybe a brighter scene? I shot a couple of rolls of Tri-X 400 last week .. but they are still sitting in my desk drawer!

@yrhenwr I can't really remember. Do you make notes when you shoot film, like which settings you used and the like? I forgot to set my ISO to 400 and left it on 250.

@overalvandaan I make notes if I'm doing indoor work - studies of flowers etc - which is a very slow process for me. Forgetting to set the ISO is a common mistake when using old cameras... but film, unlike digital, is very forgiving. 400 to 200 represents only 1 stop, so you were less than 1 stop under-exposed. I use Palm Laboratories in Birmingham and tell them if I shot the film at a different ISO. You can deliberately use ISOs different to the rated value on some films. You can set the ISO for Tri-X to 800 or even 1600 for work in lower light.. but they need to know that (and of course you have to stay with it for the whole film)
