Mark made Scottish pancakes late at night, his mothers recipe. Delicious! They taste different than the Dutch ones. There are more eggs added in the Scottish pancakes.
There are times when a midnight snack is the one thing that will help one go back and finish a nights interrupted sleep...I agree with Tara these do look delicious!
