Beryl Lloyd challenged me to post three landscape pictures for the next three days. This is the first in the line.
I've taken many pictures of this hill from many angles. It's only 262 m high, but when you're on the top you have stunning views: Lleyn Peninsula, the sea, Snowdon range.
I took this on Boxing Day last year, when we had a lovely walk with the children.
It's almost as if we're looking at a land before time, there's such a sense of connection with the ages. I wonder how the shape and form of this hill has changed throughout history?
@gratefulness I don't know really, it was an island two hundred years ago, when the sea went further inland and wasn't turned into a polder yet. Interesting thought!
@thephotoncollective I used one of your Lightroom presets, Neutrino DR :-)
