I used to read a lot, a book a week or so. Then the children came along and I didn't have, or make, the time to read.
A month or so ago I saw in Louise @roachling her album that she was 'colour reading'. She had gathered all her unread books, sorted them in colour and started reading one colour a month. I thought that would be a fun idea to get myself into reading again. I choose three green books for the month of June, but started mid May because I couldn't wait.
Today I thought I'm going to make myself a nice cup of coffee and I'm going to sit outside and read for half an hour. The sun came out and the children were playing sweetly without them asking me things, so I actually read!
I'm so glad I was able to inspire you! I've quite enjoyed my colour themes this year as it takes the choice out so I don't spend ages choosing what to read next now, I just get cracking on a pile! I'm just about to start a navy blue pile for June!
A lovely photo with the books and the garden and the coffee. This looks very seductive. Maybe tomorrow morning? But not by color. Already have two books started.
My first thought was 'what a novel idea' but realise that's a bit corny:) I do like the concept though, might try it myself. I do like the composition of this shot, looks very inviting.

Plaatjes kijken wel, dus bijna al mijn boeken zijn kunstboeken. De laatste bloem was een Akelei.
