Yesterday, wile my husband was driving us home from his dentist appointment, this sky caught my eye and I just had to snap two quick shots. I thought this one was ruined. It was the first and a tree photobombed the scene as we drove past and the blue tinting across the top showed up, but the other picture which only has the clouds and a low line of distant mountains, has less drama too.
Apologies for getting sooooo behind on your shots!! I like this one. I don't think the tree ruins it at all- and the little hint of blue just adds an extra punch of color from the blue sky. I like how the cloud seems to be saying "whoosh!"
it's not ruined, it's an artistic accident. i love that patch of blue on the clouds and i like the burst of clouds; the tree silhouettes complete the composition. wonderful shot.
