Long Life in the lawn

We have had so much rain that the lawn has gone wild and looks like a meadow. The Long life man statue is about 12 inches tall and usually sits by my bed. I got him in China when I was at school in Beijing but what good is a long life if you can't get out and see the sun when it decides to show itself.

Awww .... this is gorgeous! Lovely composition and I love him sitting there amongst the wild flowers and grasses. I really to like that meadow ... even better than a yard and cut grass. Beautiful, Dixie.

Oh how I wish anything would bloom in our yard - drought, drought, drought. It does seem that weeds flourish in the veggie garden though.
