Woman Made, Man approved

On Wednesday I am to think of the man made things in my life that I am thankful for. I baked the banana bread and Poppy seed cake in my oven and I don't know if they are a 101 for the highway I live on, or a LOL for laughing at my idea that I might eat healthier

But I do know that I am thankful that I have an oven to bake in. I've lived with just a hot plate, and I've lived with only a coal and wood burning oven and in school in Beijing I only had something to boil water in. An oven is a luxury that we often take for granted, and I am glad that I can.
