This fourteen year old dough starter has travelled with me several times so it can be fed every ten days. Love the waffles and cookies and bread I can make with it.
You have kept this going for 14 years?? More power to you. I've had several starters over the years, and each may have lasted several months. Guess I didn't have what it took to take it with me everywhere I went...... I do love the smell of a good sourdough starter, however.
