Looks like a Rugosa rose .. love them though they do have nasty thorns .. waiting for mine to start flowering .. over the next couple of weeks..

@onewing Thank you Babs, not in my garden its going in the wild at the side of a road near home along with lots more still flowering, the bushes having more rose hips than flowers now:)

One of my favorite wild flowers Peter, they smell so fragrant. Great shot, focus and dof is spot on here. :)
