I notice this couple shopping in Brighouse today I just had to ask if I could take their photograph, I started by asking about their Goth style clothing they explained both had been into goth music and culture since the 1980's at this point I produced my camera and they agreed to have there photograph taken,
for those unfamiliar with goths here is brief explanation, someone who likes the darker side of things, dress in black clothing and usually listen to death metal and goth music, the goth subculture began in England during the early 1980's in the gothic rock scene, an offshoot of the post-punk genre, notable groups are Siouxsie and the Banshees, Joy Division and Bauhaus:)
Have a friend whose daughter was Goth in Highschool. She wore only black clothing and once said she would consider other colors only if they were a darker shade of black. 😎

Zoe always had leanings towards Goth, I could just imagine her in an outfit similar to the lady here.
@quietpurplehaze Thank you for your lovely comments Hazel must admit I thought Bauhaus was an art school in Germany that combined crafts and the fine arts, famous for its approach to design:)
