And we're following suit. North Americans barbecue big time. And no, it's not cheating to use gas as it's easier, means you can get the grill hot very quickly and no mess or bother. The trad way is good too, but one of our first purchases when we moved here 26 years ago was a gas barbecue and January is also a good month to have grill suppers from outsie but not eaten outside. Yours looks delicious. We've opted for Venison steaks and baked potatoes as my husband's birthday was on Thursday but he was in Oz at the time, home today, so the family (all two of them) are descending for pressies, bubbly and some summer food.
fabulous, yours looks a lot better than ours, my son inlaw cooked and when we heard the cry for water we knew it was black chicken again!! Very good shot getting teh smoke as well!!
Well photographed Peter. Hope it was well cooked on the inside and with not too much carcinogenic hydrocarbon on the outside! I like the smoke, although inhalation could be problematic!
