This piece of music has followed me around most of my life. It formed part of my Grade 6 piano examination (way back in 1976, ehem!) and it has stuck with me ever since. For the weekly theme - dof!
Crumbs that looks complicated, never got past grade 2!! a bit earlier than your grade 6!! ahem!! Excellent dof.......love the colour old paper turns after the years....you can get the same effect dipping it in tea!! Lovely shot Peter.

Nicely shot Peter. Way beyond my capabilities - I wouldn't be able to play the musics either! :-)

Lovely shot Peter! I love the DOF and your description :) Is piano the main instrument you play? What else do you enjoy playing or listening to? :)

@kbalychev Kimberley, my main instrument is bassoon; I play regularly in an amateur orchestra and also a few friends get together every now and then for bassoon quartets which is great fun! Thanks for the lovely comments.

@peadar That's amazing Peter! I love the sound of the bassoon! That's so great that you're in a orchestra :) I've thought about trying out for the one here :) I played my french horn in a concert band a while back as well. Loved it! :) I look forward to seeing all your pics daily :)
