Kejriwal

One of my Christmas presents was the cookbook from the "Dishoom" restaurant chain, containing a multitude of Indian-Parsi inspired dishes which are found commonly across Mumbai. This is Kejriwal, a combination of chilli cheese-topped egg laid across a chilli-cheese sourdough toast. Oh my goodness, it was wonderful! And simple to do. Just search online for "Dishoom kejriwal eggs".
