This image was quite pretty in color because the Tamarack fir trees lining the banks had turned a wonderful golden color. Still, I am partial to this black and white version for the wispy clouds and their reflections in the water.
Black and white will always be my favorite, and the ability to use it on a photograph and it still convey beauty speaks volumes for the photographer's eye! Well done and fave!
@squamloon@amandal Thank you, Amanda and Jim! Yes, I did process this in Nik Silver FX. I love that software. I think it helps though to process in color, adjusting contrast etc before taking the image into Nik. So pleased you like this.
