STANDING IN THE RAIN

It was raining hard today, dark, grey skies, little light.

This is my first street photogrpahy shot of my 365 project.

I like the way the three men are 'standing in the rain' chatting and the poster of a lady in the hairdresses is keeping an eye on them (missed her eyes !).

It's a very grainy and shot with quite a long focal length, but I like the composition.

It's shot in the market place in a town called Newark on Trent, in Nottinghamshire, England, UK

I also was struck by the "legs" seemingly part of the poster. All in all, a very well-composed shot. Really like the textures and tones with the white jacket as an accent.

It was the three 'legs' under the woman's head that I was first drawn to .. I almost noticed the men as an afterthought! Interesting shot :o)
