I've held back posting this as it's from my canal and I've posted quite a few canal pics.
We moved offices in early January this year, so i've been up and down this canal tow path a few times . However, in all that time this was the 'first time ever I saw a narrow boat'...that almost sounds like a line from a song !! So I could not resist taking a few pics of this moment :)
I got a couple of images of the boat nearer to the camera (well mobile phone), but I liked this one best because it is going out of the frame and you can see canal, tow path, cutting and trees i.e you see the canal in full.
My clever little mobile phone camera delivers another canal pic :)
Nice shot Phil... Phones certainly have come a long way these last couple of years haven't they..
You all set for the big game? Heard about the M1 troubles? Best to come in via M40 on Sunday...
Wow, look at this! I like how the hill on the left just eases into the path -- the opposite side is so pretty and green - and I have never seen a narrow boat like this before! I'm looking forward to seeing another picture of the boat.
@andycoleborn Thanks, Matty Taylor had a good mid season for us, but has lost his place in the last few games , he will be on the bench on sunday . I've like him as a Wanderer , always gives 100%
@nodecaff Dean, well spotted, it is indeed that bit of the canal. It's appeared quite a bit on my 365, it's really hard to photograph, because being in a cutting the light is often tricky, but I let my little mobile phone do it's best in 'point and shoot mode' :)

I do hope that's not --MY-- little bit of the Grand Union canal just off Lode Lane.....if it is, hands off! ;-)
