Monday was a bank holiday in the UK (a public holiday).
It was quite a nice day, sunny but with a bit of a chill in the wind. Max temp probably about 18C out of the wind.
Anyway I took Ruby (our recently 'rescued' whippet dog) for her 'walk before her breakfast', but it was such a lovely morning we decided to go another walk.
There are quite a few pathways in our suburb of Nottingham that skirt around the local fields and paddocks.
This is an image SOOC showing my wife and Ruby walking down one of the paths. It looks very rural and tranquil, but it is only a few minutes away from Arnold town centre and suburbia.
Anyway this is how we spent our May Day morning a brisk and bright walk with little Ruby.
You may have noticed that you only ever see my wife on 365 either silhouetted on the beach or a little figure from behind ... either walking ruby or climbing sand dunes !!!! LOL ..She prefers it that way :)
Looks like a lovely spot for dog walking, great shot. Love the lush colours of the trees and sky. Also - Im totally with your wife on the camera shyness!
@patsyjphillips Thanks Patsy, it was a nice walk and it's strange how a path in Nottingham can look so similar to your path in USA :) . Thanks for you continued support :)
I love these paradise lanes, I used to know loads in York when we lived there and I took the whippets (we had 5 then) all over the show via them often on my bike (riding on the safe bits away from roads) with them trotting along behind me in a neat little row!
