From this location you can walk to the left of the frame into the pine forests or from the right of the frame you can follow the cliff edge along the coast (quite tricky in flip flops - my footware of choice on this day !!!)
If you look carefully, you can see a little lone sun umbrella on the edge of the beach next to the waters edge (nearest to camera). That's our umbrella, that travelled all the way from Nottingham to Mallorca !
Hello little English parasol! It's just amazing that it's all alone on such a beautiful beach, how lucky you were. Nice shot and love the green tuftiness in the foreground.
@tishpics patricia, thanks for the kind words, the parasol is a few years old now, one of the maids in a hotel (in Mallorca in 2009) gave it to us , since then it's been to Menorca, Fuerteventua and Mallorca again :)
As for being the only one on the beach , we used to have the beach to ourself from about 9am to 11am. It was never too busy, but after a long leisurely lunch you usually had a 'neighbour' nearby when you returned (you just left your parasol, towels and books and they were all their when you returned from lunch)!
@fannyb thanks fanny, it was a tranquil spot, never that busy , but it might be in high season !
