Very grainy because of the low light and miserable weather we have had over our festive period in Nottingham
What did we buy in the sales ...Well...A half price artificial Christmas Tree from 'Next'...5 foot £30-00....... When I say artificial tree, it's not a Spruce or Nordman Fir, it's more a winter tree without leaves , but with a sprinkle of snow on it's branches....self-lit and very minimalistic.
When we first got married we had real trees for many years, then one year we had an awful tree that dropped all it's pines, so we went "artificial" for many years ..then about 6 years ago we went real tree again ...but the prices this year have been really high so we've gone artificial minimalistic for next year ...
Good one. We are running on the arificial at the moment and expecting it to last for some years. It was becomming too much to cut the branch from the spruce tree which we did for years as a way of a.) getting a Christmas tree and b.) stopping the branches falling
I need to see this, Phil.
We went artificial year before last as they are so heavy to get in and out of the house. But I have to say I so miss the real ones.
