Faces In The Crowd

Today was an 'away match' at 'home'.

My football team, Bolton Wanderers were visiting Nottingham, my home city, to play Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.

These are Forest fans in the Brian Clough Stand, not exactly basking in the winter sun, but enjoying a bit of winter warmth.

The game ended 1-1, Bolton coming from behind to grab a beautiful equaliser from a flowing attacking break.

We ended the game with only 10 men as our left back was sent off in 80 minutes !

Similar situation for me in a few weeks... Pompey are in East London to play the mighty Leyton Orient... £25 tho so might give it a miss...

I can see you Phil!!! Perhaps your loyalties were divided today as you were playing Nottingham? That is a rather hefty price to pay but there again you could be paying £25 on worse stuff! A very enjoyable afternoon too....cheap at the price i think!! Well supported football match.
