Two Pictures 10 years apart .... 2003 and 2013 !

The left hand picture is Jane sitting on a bench in Bestwood Country Park, Arnold on 18 October 2003

The right hand picture is Jane sitting on the same bench bench in Bestwood Country Park, Arnold on 25 October 2013

Just out of shot in 2003, is Lucy, our first dog, a black and white whippet.

Just in shot in 2013, is Ruby, our second dog, a black and white whippet.

The 2003 shot was done at 14:16 hours and the 2013 shot was done at 13:47 hours.

The shot in 2003 was done with my first proper digital camera a Pentax Optio 550. I'd just really started photography seriously as a hobby in 2003 !

The shot in 2013 is done on my trusty Panasonic TZ7 .......Panasonic are up to model TZ40's now !!!)..... so my Panny it's a bit 'old school' now !

I think the colours in 2003 look better as the trees have a few more leaves on them.

You could say Jane and I are creatures of habit, but hey an autumn walk in Bestwood Country Park is always a nice way to spend a coupl of hours :)

Fascinating re visit to this same spot & your history of the comparisons of time, cameras & dogs very interesting.
Although the trees have more leaves on them in the older picture I prefer the one on the right. The addition of the blue sprucey foliage is a nice addition, I like that Ruby is standing next to Jane & I also like the colour in Janes top, it just brightens the whole thing up.
You have had good value from that camera!!
