Contre Jour Park Walk by phil_howcroft

Contre Jour Park Walk

Not quite 100% contre jour, as the light is coming diagonally onto the frame , but it is into the light.

Jane and Ruby at Arnot Hill Park on a frosty Sunday afternoon. I like the way the low sun has lit up the street lamp (the lamp was not on)

Ruby and Jane both wearing winter coats. North Face and Pets at Home repsectively

Awesome shot

They both look lovely & warm.....amazing light, you would definitely think it was electrically lit. That looks a beautiful walk...the wide hedge & winding path & a perfect winters afternoon.

Beautifully composed shot!

Even though it is cold, this is much different from the shots you shot of all the snow. The lighting is marvellous and the capture is brilliant.

The light in this is beautiful I like the leisurely 'feel' to the shot and sunlit street lamps are fun - and look good too.
