Kelham Hall, Newark, Notts

This is part of Kelham Hall in Newark , Notts

Arnold and District Camera Club had its annual club outing tonight and this magnificent hall was the setting for our summer evening of photos

Dave, our chairman and Verity our resident portrait expert, brought some models with them, to shoot in the grounds and some of the grand rooms of the hall.

I took several shots and with four models present, I've managed to get another three portraits to add to my 50 mono portraits project.

Anyway, this is a classic view of the Hall, edited in Rawtherapee with some tone mapping and then a Kodak film emulation and some contrast faffing about too

Hope you like this shot

I like the 'tease' of not seeing all of the building; that and the lines of the path invite further explorati0on.

... and further exploration as well.
Yours sincerely,
Typos (and pedants) are we. :-)
