This is Jason who I met while walking through Nottingham's Lace Market towards High Pavement.
Jason was photographing "The Galleries of Justice" a Nottingham Museum .
I asked Jason if he was a professional photographer or an amateur like myself.
Jason told me he did a lot of 'stock photography' earning commission on any sales he got.
Jason also runs a camera sensor cleaning business.
Jason told me he used to work for Calumet Photographic and Jacobs Camera Store, but both companies no longer trade in Nottingham, so now he was concentrating on his sensor cleaning business and stock photography
I took quite a few shots of Jason, but this shot (my last one) was my fave as the building makes a nice backdrop and I have mangaed a bit of catchlight in Jason's eyes
Edited in Darktable with some minor adjustments to shadows, highlights, contrast, levels, together with making use of the excellent lens correction parameters and de-noise utilities.
I think the picture tells the story of Jason.
