Bolton Wanderers Promotion Party in Mono ... Wanderers 3-0 win over Peterborough United yesterday confirmed our promotion from EFL1 to the championship. A post match pitch invasion, smoke bombs and then the pitch cleared without a white horse and everyone watched the lap of honour from the players and the award of a trophy (what's that all about a trophy for finishing second !!!). Anyway a top day at the Macron Stadium
Things are still a mess at the Macron stadium though, we need now the transfer embargo lifting, Dean Holdsworth pay day loan paying off before Blue Marble call in the debt and we are wound up by HMRC. Oh and then there is will we have a team next season as 16 players are out of contract. On a positive note had some good away days this season with some big support
Fav. Love this. Wish I were there to celebrate with the supporters even though Bolton is not a favourite team for me. I see from what you say that Bolton are still in a very tight spot as regards to funding. If I win a grand lottery (which I never win) I will buy the club for you haha. And perhaps Messi and Ronaldo too.
