My Garden December 2017

Continuing on from @photobird project, taking it into year two, another shot of my back garden, one month on from the last one.

Very little colour now, other than the white from this morning’s brief snow shower; there are new buds on the Magnolia and some of the spring bulbs (tulips and daffs) are poking their heads up above the soil (which is basically showing the squirrel where they are and he’s digging them up)

The garden is indeed now in the depths of the UK Winter.

All of my garden photographs are now tagged philsgarden and if you wish to see it change through the months (obviously only if you feel that way inclined and have nothing better to do) click here
It is truly amazing what the changing seasons do to our gardens.

Lovely to see the different months. It is looking quite bleak at the moment, but spring is around the corner.

A really good benchmark and a good idea. I enjoyed looking at the different months.

It does look bleak now & will do for the next month or so certainly. It’s been a good demonstration of the seasons though.
