Cold Out Today

A macro photograph of the Galileo thermometer we have on our lounge windowsill. Always loved them and have had one all my adult life.

A relaxing weekend was called for and planned, after the week I’ve had. So this morning, an early start to drop car in for a service that I’d forgotten about, and an unplanned walk into Lincoln from the garage to have one of my ITE hearing aids looked at (and thankfully repaired there and then) after the battery cover fell out as I was driving home last night.

Now in the lounge, with @carole_sandford on the sofa, watching the entire series of ‘Hard Sun’ that I’d downloaded.

Relaxing weekend starts now.

Thank you Phil, this has just reminded me that I have one somewhere. It hasn’t come to light since the move, along with quite a lot of other things. I think they’re lovely and this is a great shot.
