Torchlit Advent

Another from yesterday evening's torchlit advent stroll in Bradgate Park. I think this was a 'one off' to celebrate an anniversary of the park; if it is to be repeated, they need to address some issues (like a PA and possibly a minium age limit)

Carole has posted photos very similar to these, unfortunately as we tend to do things together at the weekends, that will always happen

I do see the stroller, so I can see why you would suggest a minimum age. It looks very dark. Is everyone carrying a flashlight?

I'd suggest ban photographers, especially those with tripods and long lenses, as they stop and take photos at inopportune times!!

@30pics4jackiesdiamond Agree - neither Carole nor I had tripods or long lenses (and we walked off the track so we weren't in the way)

@henrir It was primarily the kids runnig around screaming during the carol service (and parents more keen to talk, laugh, joke, than partake) which made us wonder why they'd bothered spending the money to attend when they could have stayed at home ................
