view from the garden centre

I just popped to the garden centre to get some alpines and liked the sky and the view of course. these are the salt marshes, but the horse field between me and the car gets covered by sea at very high tides and comes up the lane beside the garden centre. We quite often park where the car is and walk along to the left via a footpath to the next bay where there is a lovely farm cafe.

Love the view of the sea in the background. By looking at the shape of the trees this is a bleak place in winter. Lovely atmosphere created by your photo.

@pennystot I am glad you noticed the tree shapes, yes it can get quite windy. even though it is a bay, it is a large one so it offers hardly any protection. again Grange over Sands and the southern lakes hills can be seen in the distance
