I think this is the quickest pudding recipe to make - doesn't take long to eat either. I usually make a concession to healthy eating by not putting a blob of cream on top.
Chocolate Mousse Recipe

A small and belated September update for 2024, where I am still, after many years' membership, on 365 Project, also now posting elsewhere but wanting...
Is it Masterchef quality mouse? Thanks for the recipe - I am going to try this and put a photo up of the results fair or fail. Love the photo - the deep dark chocolate colour is divine.
These look delicious. You have captured the dark chocolate and detail very well, also looks great in the white ramekins, I am looking forward to David making these for me :-)
@w3n6y@doblaine@creativeamateur@tishpics It is delicious - my only caveat is to melt the chocolate in small stages in the microwave as the time before last when I made it I just stuck the chocolate in, timed it for 2 minutes and suddenly the kitchen was full of black smoke, good job I'd stayed there! Took me ages to get the smell out of the microwave.
I saw this in thumbnail on my homepage a few days ago. I didn't have time to comment, but all I could think was "yum" even as I went on.
Now that I see it again, my mouth waters and all I can think is "yum" -- no intelligent thought, but it must be a great photo to get such a visceral reaction :)
