Lunch out yesterday - Ray's pudding. I really wanted to post a pic of my pudding (pavlova) but red is not pink - .........I feel the physalis used for garnish makes the panacotta look a bit like a poached egg.
Yum - looks very tasty indeed - and I love cumquats :)

Did you make Ray have a pink pud?! Again excellent food photography! I have a 'food mode' on my Lumix but I don't really know what it does!

@tishpics A 'food mode' - could be useful for me! Ray did have a free choice of pud but I immediately seized my opportunity!!!

This looks amazing. I love Pannacotta and I love rhubarb. A match made in heaven. You have captured the subtle pink beautifully.

Looks so pretty I'd hestitate to disturb it to eat. I would, but I'd hesitate :)

@herussell I guess that's the art of the chef - he/she makes you want to eat a dish because it looks so appetising! My home-made puddings are not as artistic..........
