It's official 'cos I heard it on Classic FM drinking my tea in bed a couple of days ago (life of riley, eh?!)
So, thanks to the kind person who put a nice size 'traffic mirror' at the bottom of their driveway entrance in Lacock.
A small and belated September update for 2024, where I am still, after many years' membership, on 365 Project, also now posting elsewhere but wanting...
Ps we used to stay at 'At the Sign of the Angel' in Lacock when visiting our youngest daughter who was at school in Bath for her sixth form years. It was so cosy! Is it still there? If so have a meal there!
Patricia, sadly it has gone out of business and as we passed it, furniture etc, was being carried out and being put, ignominiously on a trailer and a pick-up truck. The man who now runs the pottery at Lacock told us that the owner's daughter had died too and he had also been devastated by that.
Fiona, thank you - I do like to match something in my outfit!!!!!

Lovely English countryside around this part of the country, it's true.
Thank you - I was looking idly in the mirror and the idea just came to me....
Thanks. Classic FM and tea is the best start to the day apart from the adverts. We often threaten to re-tune to Radio 3!
Thank you for stopping by and for the fav.
That's another hazard of course!
Thank you for your comments, Ferry. I like the look of that country house in the background in my photo!
