Pose he did!! I don't think he cares what his name is either, he probably has his own name his momma gave him!! LOL LOL He is beautiful though and seems to be enjoying the sun out there on the rocks! Great portrait of who ever he is!! FAV!
I have the land train to thank for this shot as the cheetah came away from where he was sunning himself in the grass with his friend in order to patrol the perimeter when he heard the noise of the train. And then he sat for a while on the 'block'. It was a lucky visit to the zoo, the same one where I got all the leopard shots.
What an awesome shot, Hazel. You captured him so well and he posed for you so well. FAV My zoo visit this year to San Francisco was seeing a lot of sleeping animals and some not in site. Did capture some that were awake though. It is a great place to take photos.

I think that on zoo visits one is either lucky or unlucky -this was one of my lucky visits!
