...in the porch of the Norman church at the Hospital of St Cross and Almshouse of Noble Poverty in Winchester.

- if I ever had to live in poverty I'd like it to be noble.

- in future I shall refer to the Hospital just as St Cross which is how it is known locally.

The church is the only surviving 12th century part of the Almshouse; the other buildings are 15th century.
