A beautiful day, warm and sunny with a refreshing breeze. The flowers are valerian, thought to promote sleep or act as a mild sedative.

I saw meds containing it on a doggy website - perhaps I should get some for Jinks?!

Linda, we are staying with family who live in Felixstowe, Suffolk so it's near their backyard (5 mins walk). It's the North Sea and can sometimes be very grey and inclement.
