not a yellow submarine....

...but the ferry from Felixstowe to Harwich. This end of Felixstowe houses the container port. I found more photo opps than I'd expected. It was very hot yesterday afternoon walking around here, the nearby land quite barren and still with a few ugly concrete wartime defences. It is even hotter, and sultry, this morning.

A slurpy lick (if anyone wants one) from Jinks to say thank you for getting him on PP yesterday. (I am nothing if not mad!!!)

Great shot, it gives a great sense of the industrial feel of the area. I hope yor heatwave passes soon. Whenever it gets over 40 degrees for a few days on end life gets a little miserable.
