Clare has fostered 11 rescue dogs and passed on 10 of them to new and happy owners. Quela is the one who stayed, adopted by Clare.

She is a Spanish galgo/podenco cross, very gentle and quiet. It's a bit strange being with a dog who is very different from Jinks!

Great shot - Galgos are amazing, as are the two rescued greyhounds that I live with :) Galgos often have a truly hard and brutally short life so it's awesome to see one (or more) rescued

Clare has rescued a 'mix' of dogs, greyhounds, galgos, cross-breeds. Quela, approx 4 years old, lives in harmony with her cat Cadmus - apart from admonishing him politely if he tries to eat her food.
